Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) is the global platform for resilient growth, enduring partnership, and progress built to withstand pressure. This is where leaders across government, business, finance, innovation and civil society come together to shape the systems powering the future economy.
I was the sole UI/UX and UI designer on the ADSW mobile app, working closely with my manager and product director on scope and feedback, with full ownership of the interface and interaction design.

The ADSW mobile app serves as the digital backbone of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, helping thousands of attendees from over 170 countries navigate the event seamlessly. Real-time push notifications kept users informed of schedule changes, speaker updates, and breaking announcements throughout the week, while in-app messaging and networking features facilitated direct connections between attendees, driving meaningful conversations beyond the conference halls.
Design your own itinerary for the week with the personalised agenda builder— attendees could build a schedule across multiple overlapping forums (ADSW Summit, IRENA Assembly, WiSER Forum, and more) without losing track
of conflicts.
Agenda items synced with speaker and session detail pages, so attendees could move from browsing to scheduling without leaving the flow.
Beyond the core agenda, the app also has ADSW's broader programming: talks, live web series, and digital art initiatives, as first-class content rather than buried sub-pages.
Onboarding let attendees select topics of interest up front, so relevant sessions and content could show earlier in their experience.
